Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days.

Many of our products are sourced directly from our suppliers following receipt of your order. Whilst we endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, some items may require additional processing time before dispatch.

Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery during busy periods or where products need to be specially sourced.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to advise on current availability and estimated delivery times.

Whilst every effort is made to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, couriers, adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Photographic evidence may be required to support any claim.

Please retain all packaging materials until the matter has been resolved.

Returns

Items must be returned unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging unless they are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service when returning goods.
