Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us that you wish to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened where applicable, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation, receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Returns may be sent by post or delivered in person to the return address above by prior arrangement.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and work towards a resolution.

Photographic evidence may be requested.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Special order items
• Customised or personalised products
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• Products that have been opened, used or are no longer in a resaleable condition

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
